Definitely one of the best road construction photos that I’ve seen in some time!
It is clearly an “attention-getter;” as you suggest, I’m not sure if that’s good or bad.
Regardless, I hope people that pass through the area recognized that they must slow down… or be eaten by the “cone monster”
